Fiddleheads are the unfurled ostrich fern forged in the early spring. We responsibly forage our fiddleheads along the Sheepscot River in Alna, Maine. Pickled at the height of freshness, this is the best way to enjoy fiddleheads out of season. Makes a great addition to any charcuterie board. Pair with cheese & crackers for a savory snack. Classic dill flavor makes this a unique foraged treat.
